Preventive Care
In our practice, we truly emphasize the importance of good
oral hygiene as part of a healthy lifestyle. Because periodontal
(gum) disease has been linked to other systemic diseases
of the body, it is more important than ever for patients
to learn how to prevent the disease through good dental
habits. Our hygienist has a wonderful talent for patient
education, and she’s always ready to answer any questions
or address any concerns that you may have about the health
of your teeth and gums.

Restorative Services
When you have a problem with your teeth or gums, we believe
that any restorative dental work should leave your mouth
looking and functioning better than ever. For example, we
use only tooth-colored fillings when restoring areas of
dental decay (no silver amalgams that make you want to hide
your teeth).

Gum Disease
Periodontal or gum disease,
if left untreated, may contribute to other health problems
such as diabetes, stroke and heart disease. To prevent this
from happening to you, we will check you at each visit for
signs of periodontal disease. If you are having problems,
we can provide treatments right in our office to control
the disease and keep you and your gums healthy.
